DC Circuit Denies Rehearing En Banc in Tobacco RICO Cases
The DC Circuit refused the government's petition for a rehearing en banc of the panel's decision on Feb. 4 that threw out the government's request that the tobacco company defendants be ordered to disgorge $280 billion in profits from their alleged RICO enterprise.
