The Institute of Bill of Rights Law at William & Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law will host a half-day conference (announcement here) on March 25, 2005, on the effect of the Supreme Court's decision in United States v. Booker on sentencing in white collar crime cases. An announcement states: "Speakers of the conference include James E.
