Probate Courts May See Increase in Cases as Baby Boomers Age
The aging of baby boomers may soon bring additional will contests to probate courts across the country. The children of Charles Deal Sr. are currently challenging their father’s will, which they allege was the result of undue influence. The will disinherited the children and replaced them as beneficiaries with a waitress from a Cracker Barrel that Deal would eat breakfast at after the death of his wife.
