Why Estate Planning Is the Best Practice Area

Estateplanning

With the right systems, support, and tools in place, estate planning can truly be the best practice area for most lawyers.  Here are four reasons why:

  1. Estate planning is systemizable.  Estate planners typically work reasonable hours while also making a great difference in their clients’ lives.
  2. Estate planning is flexible.  With the right systems in place, you can decide when you work, how much you work, and how much you make.
  3. Estate planning is impactful.  When you are doing estate planning the right way, you will realize the big impact you are having when your clients are constantly thanking you, sending you gifts, and inviting you to family functions.
  4. Estate planning is lucrative.  When you package your services properly, your average fees can be $3,000 or more.
