When a grantor dies, a number of trust administration issue arise-- some that could have been handled during the drafting phase, others that are totally unexpected. Understanding what should be done at the drafting phase to anticipate and eliminate issues, as well as what the administration challenges will be when those drafting tips are not implemented, will be the focus of this fast-paced program.
