Supreme Court Agrees to Hear 401(k) Case

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case to decide whether workers can sue their employer over losses to 401(k) funds.

The appeal is being brought by a Cincinnati based firm fighting a class action suit. The employees claim the firm violated federal law by allowing the workers to invest in company stock when the shares were too risky.

See Brent Kendall, Supreme Court Will Hear 401(k) Case, The Wall Street Journal, Dec. 15, 2013.
