Multiple Wills Complicating Brown's Estate

Michael-brown

As I have previously discussed, disgraced hand surgeon Michael Brown recently passed away at the age of 56 in the midst of a messy divorce.  Now it appears that his death will be just as complicated as his life.

A federal bankruptcy case has uncovered four wills made by Brown, and it’s unclear which one will hold the most weight.  Brown’s former wife is the executor of a 2009 will while Brown’s friend is the executor of a 2012 will.  Two other 2013 wills are attached to either one or two Florida women.

The next bankruptcy hearing is set for December 4.
