Recently, a report released by US Trust indicates that donors face many concerns regarding charitable contributions during the holiday season. Among these concerns are: 1. There are differences in focus when donors ask for assistance. 2. The ability to donate has little to do with tax rates. 3. Unwanted solicitations. 4. The rewards of finding a particular charity to contribute to outweigh contributing less to many.
