The legal battle between two rich members of the same family, James Cohen and Samantha Perelman continues in a New York county courthouse. Perelman, Cohen's niece, is alleging that her uncle convinced her grandfather Robert Cohen to take her out of the will before dying from Parkinson's like disease in 2012. The case turns on whether Perelman's lawyers to prove Cohen used undue influence to get his father to change the will. Cohen’s lawyers state that even under Cohen’s last will, drafted in 2009, was going to inherit $20 million in assets and insurance proceeds worth $47 million.
