According to the Indiana Lawyer, attorney Paul Ogden may be in danger of losing his law license for criticizing a judge. Some of the statements implying improper judicial oversight were published in Ogden's blog "Ogden on Politics." The grievance against Ogden was filed after he wrote that Superior Judge David Coleman “should be turned in to the disciplinary commission for how he handled this case. If this case would have been in Marion County with a real probate court with a real judge, the stuff that went on with this case never would have happened.” Ogden is going to the Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission asserting that the claims against him are "an abuse of the attorney discipline process." Ogden filed a counterclaim stating that his first amendment rights are being violated.
