Article on Non-Tax Considerations in Estate Planning

MazeMarc S. Bekerman (Attorney - Woodbury, New York)  recently published an article entitled, Navigating a Non-Tax Estate Planning Maze with Some Tax Considerations, 27 Prob. & Prop. 9 (July/August 2013).  

This article reviews some important nontax considerations that may affect the drafting and implementing of many estate plans.  Some of these considerations include the fundamental skills of an attorney, patent and latent ambiguities, drafting issues, issues pertaining to bequests, and issues pertaining to expenses.
