Minnesota Woman Accused of Voting Twice

Unknown-3A Minnesota woman, 86-year old Margaret Schneider, has been charged with voting twice.  Margaret says she does not remember committing the crime, but the local prosecutor says she has no choice but to charge Margaret with the crime. The Minnesota state legislature is looking into legislation to change that.
