Administration Files Its Briefs on Gay Marriage
As I have previously discussed, the Obama administration has stated that it will file an amicus brief in Hollingsworth v. Perry, which discusses the broader issue of whether the gay marriage ban in California is constitutional. Provided below are links to the brief that was filed by the administration for Windsor and the amicus brief that it filed in Hollingsworth.
Special thanks to Brian Cohan (Attorney at Law, Law Offices of Brian J. Cohan, P.C.) for bringing this article to my attention.
