NH Bill May Give Personal Representative Control Over Social Media
A bill introduced into New Hampshire's House may give the personal representative of a person's estate control over social media accounts after the account holder passes. The House Judiciary Committee held a hearing today on legislation that would give the executor or administrator of the estate the power to take control of social networking websites, blogging, or text and email accounts.
