Conference on Advanced Estate Planning Strategies
The Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas is co-sponsoring the 19th annual Advanced Estate Planning Strategies Course in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The course will be on April 4-5, 2013 in the El Dorado Hotel and it is a live presentation that will not be recorded. The following topics will be covered in the interactive panel discussions:
- Trust and Trustees: A New and Expanding World of Trust Fiduciaries, Flexibility, & Situs
- Protecting Assets for the Intended Beneficiaries
- Planning in 2013: Planning While in the "Eye of the Storm" of Uncertainty
