The Estate Tax in the Next Administration
According to members of Congress who are directly involved in the discussion on the status of the estate tax, it is unlikely that either President Obama for Governor Romney's administration will repeal the estate tax. However, as I have previously discussed, the outcome of the election could determine the exemption and the tax rate. I am providing a link to this blog below. that provides a audio recording of Senator Chuck Grassley discussing the various rates and the likelihood that Congress will adopt that tax rate.
