Court Battles Over Millionaire’s Estate

Gavel 2 Almost a year after Naples millionaire Frank Blumeyer, 92, passed away, his family and former neighbors began feuding over his estate. Eight of Blumeyer’s children claim that Allen Brufsky, 72, and his wife, Marcia Brufsky, 64, siphoned over a million dollars through Blumeyer.

The children allege that the former neighbors allowed Blumeyer to have an affair with Marcia so the couple could use Blumeyer’s money to finance a home, buy club memberships, and purchase a mountain. Emails between Blumeyer and Brufsky show that Brufsky even offered to sell Marcia to Blumeyer for $675,000.

Allen Brufsky has now sued the estate and eight children, claiming abuse of process, malicious prosecution, and defamation.
