Cremains Supposed to be Buried Next to Pet Found in Filing Cabinet

Pets The new owners of a Tuscon pet cemetery discovered human cremains in a filing cabinet, alerting them to fraud and misconduct committed by the cemetery's prior owner.  The cremains belonged to individuals who paid to be buried next to their pets, not knowing that the prior owner had been ordered to cease and desist burying human cremains because the cemetery was only licensed to bury pets remains. The new owners of the pet cemetery have filed a lawsuit against the prior owner.
