Judge Larry Seidlin to Retire
Judge Larry Seidlin who presided over disposition of Anna Nicole Smith's remains has decided to retire at the end of July according to Judge in Anna Nicole Smith case says he'll retire, CNN.com, June 19, 2007.Judge Seidlin wrote that "it is now time for me to devote more of my daily life to my own young family and to pursue the many opportunities that have been offered to me outside the judicial system, and I have disregarded until now."

With talk of a TV show in the near future for Judge Seidlin, it's unfortunate that everyone seems to be benefiting from this sordid litigation dispute except Dannielynn, who is likely going to be saddled with a large debt from all the attorneys' fees.
