Libeled in a Tweet?

The ABA Journal reports that Courtney Love's former lawyers have filed a libel suit against her based on a tweet she sent after she terminated the representation.

Who was the tweet sent to? Maybe there are good grounds for the suit, but probably not the best move to generate business.

Thanks for providing the link. I wonder if damages will be presumed because it goes to the quality of professional services or if they will have to prove damages, which would be difficult to do.
