Journal of European Tort Law: Volume 1, Issue 2

The European Centre of Tort and Insurance Law and Institute for European Tort Law are pleased to announce the publication of Volume 1, Issue 2 of the Journal of European Tort Law. This is a special issue on Wrongful Birth and Wrongful Life, with papers drawn from the most recent Annual Conference on European Tort Law, held in Vienna in April this year.
