Inaccurate Calorie Counts

So, your New Year's resolution is to lose a few pounds?   Be warned: The Los Angeles Times reports that food and restaurant calorie labels may be off by as much as 18%.    No one has sued....yet.

I think the problem with a potential suit could be the fact that, while calorie counts are clearly off, they seem to still be within the 18% allowed for the FDA.
