Obesity has plagued people for centries.. its just been accepted as the norm. In my opinion one's body is a gift and should be treated as such. Your body is not like a car wher you can just change parts when it goes bad. I've been obese and have struggled to reach a healthy weight and searched for many months for Quick Ways To Lose Weight. But I truly believe that there's really no such thing only a good balance diet, exercise and proper nutrition works. I haven't seent he CDC slides but will look at them now
