There is some chance, tort reform itself is a sham lawyer form of rent seeking. This article describes the standard adversarial scam method to generate lawyer jobs, but at the policy level. The adversarial system has all the scientific validity of the trial by ordeal. It is unscientific Medieval era garbage. Yet, nice office that head of the Chamber of Commerce has. Who is standing next to him? A designer dressed lawyer, naturally. She's not hurting.

These are not realistic remedies to the enterprise and economy crushing plunder of the lawyer. The real remedies will get zero tolerance from the censors here. (Lawyer control legislation, not violence.)
