Suit To Be Filed Against TB Traveler

The Toronto Star reports that at least three passengers who sat near Andrew Speaker, the TB traveler, plan to file suit in Canada next week.   (Prior posts on the potential liability of Speaker are available here and here).

It will be interesting, since Andrew Speaker is himself an attorney. According to this video and others, his doctor agrees that he isn't as sick as the CDC claimed. And the CDC now admits his strain of tuberculosis wasn't as drug resistant as they thought.

I'm glad somebody is standing up to that self-centered opportunist who went to great lengths to do whatever he pleased, then came home and told the press he had no idea he was contagious. His convenience was more important to him than other people's health. Grrr....
