Michigan Considering Rolling Back Immunity

Via Pharmalot, Democrats in Michigan are considering rolling back the mostly-immunity that approved pharmaceuticals enjoy there from tort suit.  The AP story reports more.  There's also, which is a project of Michigan Citizen Action.  And here is the bill itself, which basically just strikes out the immunity provision.
