Rule 702 and Pre-Rule 702 Rulings
David Bernstein says Rule 702 supersedes pre-2000 (but post-Daubert) opinions; Blog 702 disagrees. Worth reading both.
Update: David Bernstein has followed up and Blog 702 amended the earlier post.
