Internet Explorer - the Only Browser Compatable With New U.S. Copyright Office Program

Critics are quick to oppose the "mandatory" use of Microsoft's Internet Explorer for artists who may wish to register their works on-line.  The Washington Post explains that critics feel the program should work with all browsers instead of one.  One reason for using Internet Explorer is that it is "used by a large majority of computer users."
