Creative Technology Claims MP3 Interface Patent
Creative Technology, maker of the Zen and Nomad MP3 players, announced today that it was issued U.S. Patent # 6,928,433, covering elements of the MP3 player interface found not only in Creative's own products but, according to Creative, Apple's popular iPods as well.
