Foreign Relations Committee Advances Cybercrime Treaty

The U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Tuesday, July 26 approved the advancement of a treaty with Europe on cybercrime issues.  The CNET article is here; the Electronic Privacy Information Center's letter opposing the treaty's ratification is here.
