New South Wales to Limit Employers' Electronic Monitoring

The Australian state of New South Wales introduced legislation that would limit employers' rights to monitor employees electronically.  According to this article from Reuters (via CNET), this would include prohibiting employers from reading employees' "private e-mails."  The article states that the law is likely to be passed next week.
