Interesting Article about Websites Using Others' Trademarks to Post Complaints
In his New York Law Journal article, "Gripe Sites," Kelly Talcott explains how courts allow users to manage websites that allow people to "vent" and post complaints about different companies. It is legal to also refer to, and thus use, these companies' trademarks.
