Sex Between Teachers and 18 Year Old Students A-Okay in Washington

Among other things, the court relied on grammatical rules concerning nonrestrictive phrases, as well as legislative history. It was a unanimous holding and, after reading the opinion, I think they got it right. Now, whether it's wise policy....
