Here we go again

I've been going through some tough personal issues lately (read: the last 6 months or so) and they've finally calmed down.

Back to the mayhem of statutory interpretation we shall go, starting a bit later today. It won't be interrupted and so on as it had been, barring unforeseen happenings, thank goodness!
