When is a school bus stop a school bus stop?

Interesting case:  statute enhances criminal penalty for distributing drugs near a school bus stop.  Defendant does so when school isn't in session.  Result?  Commonwealth v. Teeter, 2007 WL 2684822 (Pa. Super. Ct. 2007) (a school bus stop isn't a school bus stop when school isn't in session and other facts are present).  The court relied on a heavily purposivistic approach, however, in reaching its conclusion.  Stay tuned.
