Maryland Supreme Court Hears Challenge to Same-Sex Marriage Statute
There's an interesting piece here describing today's hour-long oral argument before the Maryland Supreme Court challenging that state's 1973 statute prohibiting same-sex marriages. The district court had held the statute unconstitutional.

i just don't see what the big deal is. we are so worried about legal tax payers getting equal rights, then fighting for folks who are clearly breaking the law. we have
illegals roaming all over the country, stealing health care. destroying our infrastructure and ll we worry bout are the gays. please..... think about this folks.....
