SEC Grants Accelerated Approval to FINRA's JOBS Act Rule Changes
On October 11, 2012, the SEC posted on its website a Notice of Filing and Order Granting Accelerated Approval of Proposed Rule Change to Amend NASD Rule 2711 and Incorporated NYSE Rule 472 to Conform with the Requirements of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act and Related Changes (Download 34-68037[1]).
