SEC Investigates Harrisburg PA Muni-Bond Disclosures
The SEC is investigating whether Harrisburg PA officials provided investors with enough information about the financial condition of the city. According to a spokesperson for the city, the inquiry began last November. The SEC has recently stepped up its role in the municipal bond market.
