Wells Pays Citi $100 Million to Settle Wachovia Dispute

Wells Fargo and Citigroup settled their dispute arising from Wells' acquisition of Wachovia after Citigroup had offered to buy Wachovia in October 2008.  Wells will pay Citi $100 million.
