BofA Deny Fraud Charges in New York AG's Action

Bank of America Corp. and its former CEO Ken Lewis filed aggressive responses to the New York AG's civil fraud suit involving the BofA-Merrill Lynch merger, calling the merger "an unmitigated financial and strategic success."  Defendants did not make a motion to dismiss the charges.  WSJ, Bank Of America, Ex-CEO Lewis Deny Fraud Charges
