SEC Releases Enforcement and Market Data for Fiscal 2009
The SEC posted on its website its Select SEC and Market Data for Fiscal 2009, which includes information on enforcement actions. The SEC reports that it obtained disgorgement orders of approximately $2.09 billion and penalty orders of about $345 million.
