Tennesee Court Orders Finish Line to Complete Genesco LBO
A Tennessee state court ordered The Finish Line to complete its $1.5 billion LBO of Genesco. The Finish Line, in September, said it was calling off the deal because its adviser, UBS, raised concerns about Genesco's financial condition.
