SEC Investigates ADS Rumors
The SEC is investigating rumors that caused the price of Alliance Data Systems stock to fall, according to the Wall St. Journal. On November 29, an email was circulated around Wall St. that Blackstone Group was backing out of or renegotiating the price of its LBO of the company.
