Brocade VP Convicted on Backdating Charges
Stephanie Jensen, the former VP of human resources at Brocade Communications, was convicted of charges related to backdating stock options. She was accused of doctoring paperwork for new hires that received backdated stock options. Her attorney argued that her client did not have a finance background and did not understand the accounting implications. The CEO of Brocade was convicted on backdating charges in August.
