Former Safety Kleen CFO Sentenced in Securities Fraud Case
The judge said she wanted to send a message -- that "concealing a company's financial position is always wrong." The former CFO of Safety-Kleen, Paul Humphreys, was sentenced to nearly 6 years in prison after admitting to securities and bank fraud charges.
