"Scheme Liability" Program this Friday

Case Western Reserve University School of Law is presenting, along with the Corporate Law Practice Group of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, a Supreme Court Preview Symposium focusing on “SCHEME LIABILITY, SECTION 10(b), and STONERIDGE INVESTMENT PARTNERS v.
