Massachusetts Regulator Investigates Principal Trading at Bear Stearns Funds
Is Bear Stearns in trouble again? The Massachusetts securities regulator is investigating whether the firm engaged in undisclosed principal trading with two inhouse hedge funds that collapsed this summer.
