Latest Development in KPMG Trial
The convoluted and troubled criminal trial against three former KPMG executives and a former Sidley Austin attorney was delayed, after Judge Kaplan disqualified Steven Bauer, lead counsel for ex-KPMG senior tax manager John Larson for potential conflicts of interest.
