Fired Dow Officer Sues Bank That Implicated Him
You will recall that Dow Chemical fired two officers when JPMorganChase told the company that they had participated in secret talks to buy the company. The firing resulted in litigation between the company and the officers. Now Romeo Kreinberg, one of the officers, is suing JPMorganChase, calling it a "Judas" that implicated him in the negotiations to get back into Dow's good graces.
