SEC Announces Forum on Small Business Capital Formation

The SEC will hold its annual Forum on Small Business Capital Formation on Monday, Sept. 24, 2007, at the Commission's Washington, D.C., headquarters. This year's small business forum will focus on recent SEC rule proposals addressing securities registration and disclosure requirements for smaller companies.  The SEC is required to conduct the annual forum under a 1980 federal statute.
